Createur.coffe Refund Policy
Createur.coffe is committed to providing our customers with the highest quality coffee and a positive customer experience. However, we understand that there may be times when you need to request a refund.
Refund Eligibility:
You are eligible for a refund if:
- You are not satisfied with the quality of your order.
- You received the wrong order.
- Your order was damaged in transit.
- You still have the Receipt issued for the order.
Refund Process
To request a refund, please contact us at createur.coffee@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, full name, phone number and the reason for your refund request in your email.
Once we have received your refund request, we will review it and process your refund as soon as possible.
Refund Amount
The amount of your refund will be the full purchase price of your order, minus the shipping fee.
Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used to place the order.
Additional Notes:
Refunds are only available for orders that have been placed within the past 14 days.
Refunds are not available for orders that have been damaged due to the customer's negligence.
